What inspires you?
Question our beliefs. Question God. Question life. Painting is a way of seeing the world differently from the obvious, the ready-made thoughts. It is an instrument of freedom, through the intimate and not the injunction. Abstract painting is a way of freeing yourself.
Describe your creative process.
Painting avoids indulging in the only field of ideas. It becomes sensations, intuitions and maieutics. The whole body is involved in it. We no longer think, we are in the action. Painting, pasting, tearing, is thus to create one material in another. This person who stops, takes the time to look, the artist wants to honor him, by showing the truth of these moments. That she can hesitate, step back, erase, trace, cover up, in short, live this story with him.

Who are some artists that have influenced your work?
A lot of great names of american abstract expressionism inspire my work but may be it's the freedom of Willem de Kooning I admire the most.
What is the most important tool when creating your work?
The knife.
What is the best piece of advice you have been given?
All artists are baby-artists. We always begin, all our life.
Where do you go for inspiration?
It's not a place but more the silence.
