Vera Kober

Vera Kober was born and raised up in difficult periods of collapse during the former USSR in 1986 in family of musicians . She studied fine art in school in Ukraine and end it in 1999 but her wish to pursue art education in college was not possible due to challenges of moving to another country with the family. But Kober continued painting where her soul breathes and love flourishes in the face of difficulties. In Belgium, upon recalling those warm and happy moments of childhood in Art school, Vera found herself, and determinedly, made art her profession. Her floral artwork stands out for its energy, spontaneous motion with free technique and bold brushstrokes that are methodical expressions full of feelings and emotions. Her style unconsciously, expresses the dramatization of reality bringing out what is in her mind to communicates with and recreates inner reaction of reality as the concrete authenticity inspired by nature. Her wide selections of colors and tones manifest unique beauty, freedom and positive elements in life. Vera Kober the most often using acrylic paint on canvas. Was been exhibit in different countries, had published in magazines and got awards.

“ In my artworks I want to show language of flowers. Them energy, soul, smell, beauties . I Want to show how I love them, how they can make us happy. But as everything in the world is cycle, coming and going, flowers cannot stay forever on all seasons and I want to put them conversation with us on canvas. With movement brushstrokes I want to show mix of energy, emotions, feelings, delight, love and happiness for a long time.”
