Yasuo Hayashi

Hayashi Yasuo was born in 1973 in Ehime, Japan. He has now made Tokyo his base.

He is a self-taught photographer, who has been in the field since 1999. In 2015, he was selected for an exhibition at workshop2B, after completing a course to further his knowledge in the techniques of photography and prints.

Artist Statement:
"I want to share the beginning of a thought called "IMAGE" through a thing existing there or a thing appearing as a phenomenon."

"The particle surfaces at the place where straight light shines. While it communes with air, in some cases it goes up intensely, in some cases it falls while drifting. It has both order and disorder, able to appear and then disappear."
