CHEUNG Ka Yu (b. 1997) graduated from Fine Arts Department of The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020, specialised in Ink Painting. Her vision is to strive for a balance between traditional and contemporary style and to expand the current methods in Ink Painting. Inspired by daily experiences, she seeks to address the infinite possibilities of the nature and the hollow meanings of a mediocre human life. Her artworks not only feature a simplistic depiction of objects but also to express the unexpressiveness in a life full of absurdity.
