Anna Tsvell is focusing on exploring the theme of human (women mostly) body through its transformation into new anatomical forms. The body consists of many smooth lines, figurativeness is hidden and deconstructed. Line plays a huge role in Anna’s art, the artist explores the dynamic possibilities and the ways of expression which the line can do. Artworks by Anna Tsvell are hedonistic and melancholic at the same time, they are full of symbols and details which are based on Anna's personal predilections and fixations.
