I am a French ceramist.
I have studied sculpture and painting for several years in a studio in Paris. Then i decided to turn to ceramics and moved to my own studio in Romainville near Paris. This is where i work and develop my creations.I use the technique of clay-coil and modelling, processes that allow me to see the object as it goes along and to shape it as it pleases me. The search for forms is the peculiarity of my work of ceramist.
I use black or white stonware, smooth or with "chamotte", glazed or left raw depending of the forms.
I mainly draw my inspiration from the nature, espacially the volcanoes, a landscape i know well since i spend as much as i can in Auvergne in France.
My work revisits the idea of container to make unique and simple objects with plastic presence.
My last exhibition was Cluster Craft London.
