The “Florescentia series” is a sort of photographic herbarium: apart from the love for plants it also examines botanics and herbariums themselves, thus it is preoccupied by the relationship between the individual and the natural environment as well as plants. It provides a nature study, a “plant study” of plants and flowers by placing them in personal proximity, the still life is the expression itself.

Ági is a real time-traveler. Her motivation is to explore, curate, and save the essence of ideas from the past, which has relevance for the present and future. Her photos are also memoirs of a flashbulb. These foggy memories that are exposed to her art are rather frames of reality thus they are vague and blurred showing how time passes over the past moments. These almost lost moments, the happy and carefree childhood, the golden age of youth all appear in the form of the unknown natural landscapes, and the freedom of the body.
