About the art
Artist statement
I am depicting a mother with her baby in the picture. The moment when he fell asleep and his mother admires him. I want to show the movement of hands that want to hug the child and at the same time guard his sleep. Simultaneously static and micro movement of hands.
For me, color and texture are important, there is a feeling of an ancient papyrus or fresco. This is my hint that this topic is eternal, like humanity itself.
