This stripslet adaptation lives not only from the winter colors, but also from the different structures in the paint application. Some areas were built up using a multilayered spatula technique, which at the end shows a chanching leather-like surface. Other areas are monochrome and allow the canvas structure to shine through. The white areas in a dabbing technique structurally associate the freshly fallen first snow of the year.
The original Stripslets (c) by KNÖ-REI are smaller, unique strip collages made of unique watercolors, linoleum prints, pastels or acrylics on paper by KNÖ-REI. These striplets (c) are also part of the considerations for | Construction and deconstruction | Dynamism and Calm | Proportion and Tension, among other things.
