Artist Statement
Geometric construction with circle and optical effect - full of tension, tranquility and luxury. The center of the work is the golden surface, trowelled with gold-colored metallic pigments.
Restrained shades of color allow to place the work even on a small wall surface. Especially suitable for rooms with little daylight. In warm artificial light, the golden surface chanches from luminous to matte ocher.
The special spatula technique creates surfaces with a leather-like feel and look. This contrasts with the prominent textured overlapping surfaces.
