Anotherplace is a collection of visually believable landscapes and spaces that seeks to draw the viewer into their own experiences of what is being viewed. The project hopes to invite one to reconsider the truthfulness of the representations and to offer a reminder in which we are increasingly putting control and desire to what we choose to see and believe.

Angela Zhang recently graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Digital Imaging at Nanyang Technological University, School of Art, Design and Media.
She is an inquisitive photographer who has cultivated an interest for spaces owning to her interior design training. Through the medium of photography, she wishes to explore how people interact with the spaces they are in, as well as probing and capturing the often overlooked in everyday life.
