Artist Statement
The painting "The FAROE ISLANDS" is part of the project "On the Volcano", dedicated to the picturesque views of Iceland. The paper presents the theme of the foggy Faroe Islands in combination with their unusual inhabitants. Painting is made in a unique author's style of textured oil painting.
The ends of the painting are painted and do not require mandatory framing. Before sending, the painting is covered with a protective finish varnish, a suspension is fixed on the reverse side.
