Based in: Bangkok
Born in 1983, Burirum, Thailand. Arjinjonathan graduated with BFA in Imagine Art from Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand (2005) and MFA in Modern Art from Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand (2011). He is trained as a painter, but has been working with wide ranges of media, preliminary research based, his work is often engaged in the critique of the Thai political condition, and extending to community based projects. As well as continuing his serious direction in painting in recent years. One of his outstanding art project called The Red Road Project, 2009-2011 which he traveled across continents by bicycle from Bangkok, Thailand to Moscow, Russia, exploring the 'Communist' discourse. His use of vivid and bright colour in his painting is refer to this modern society, urbanization and the advance of this technology age or the colour of nowadays life.
