Artist statement
Tagetes and bougainvillea is a spring explosion, it represents the rebirth of Nature after the long, very long winter.
It seems to me an irrepressible cascade of flowers, colors and scents that makes us remember for a moment that nature continues its circular path with the change of seasons, regardless of everything that happens around. And, perhaps, it is precisely his being unchanged that gives Man hope of rebirth.
