The organic composition is made of strips of paper mache, fixed on canvas using paper mache pulp, finished by white paint.

This work is inspired by time and motion. I see an impression of a flow pattern, carved out of rock by millions of years of erosion. Motion frozen in time. A reminder that even the simplest rock on the face of the earth is the result of billions of years of geological processes.

The unframed artwork uses D rings with a steel wire as hanging hardware. It is large but not heavy (approx.15 kg). Still, due to its size it must be handled by two people.

Mounting hardware must be considered depending on the wall type. A screw with a screw plug is advised for brick or stone walls. If the wall is made of a wooden framework and plasterboard look for where the stud frame is and use two heavy duty J hanging hooks fixed to the studs. Drywalls: If you know the drywall is robust you can use a special anchor for dry walls.
