Claudie Baran is a French artist born in 1968 who lives and works in Montfort sur Meu, in Brittany, France. Graduated from Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Rennes she is alos member of the Society of French Explorers. As warfare reporter, Claudie Baran visited the world & published many books, articles & travel diaries. As artist, she recreates her inevitably dystopian and resolutely anthropocene vision of the impermanence of humanity as long as it remains elusive and deeply formless.
