Artist Statement
Original painting from the series "INTROSPEZIONI"
The painting promotes introspection. It is a great artwork to sit down with and use as inspiration for self-reflection and examination of one's own thoughts and feelings. It is meant to be not just seen but felt. The use of acrylic paint with gel allows my paintings to jump off the canvas and come alive resulting in a sculptural, three-dimensional appearance. The intention is to give the viewer of the artwork a unique and emotional experience allowing for a connection to be made between the artwork and their own emotions.
