Daphne Bitter graduated at the HKU (Hoge School voor de Kunsten Utrecht / Art Academy Utrecht, the Netherlands) in 2016.

The power and timelessness of nature inspires Daphne. Honor, respect and the desire for the natural world are her motives. For this she travels through various nature reserves in search of the connection with nature.
"We are made of the same material as the earth. Life originated on the earth and from the earth, we are all part of the earth. The earth is our most distant ancestor."
Daphne's fascination has always been the basis of nature, forms in nature that have existed for many millions of years, such as; rocks, mountains, tree roots, caves and underwater worlds.
