Artist Statement
Winter in the sea is different from the winter on shore. And it is also different from the sea in the summer. Rich palette of colours and the off-season atmosphere is what I like so much at this time of year. Boat owners are putting their Christmas trees on board and putting some lightning, so it feels so nice.

I tried watercolor when I was 2 years old and it was my favourite medium for many years. As I tried different styles of watercolour I moved from realistic style to the abstract and elusive. I love special effects which creates watercolour, this is not just painting - it's magiс and alchymy. Watercolour needs a special attitude, this is not edivent, you need use your fantasy and creativeness. White frame and mat are perfect for watercolour and for cosy spaces.
