Artist statement
Regattas are always welcome in Sarsala bay. That evening I was attracted by the turquoise banners on the boats and made two paintings from life.
The artwork is acrylic on canvas. The artist applies the paint with thick layers so it looks like oil.
The artwork is on rigid support, ready to hang and is accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity.
The artwork is made with high quality colours and is covered with a varnish layer in order to protect the surface from dust and adverse environment. The artwork is stretched on a supported wooden frame and is ready to hang. The borders are white, so it doesn't need framing. The artwork is signed from the front and back side.
