Dragana Kojic is a self-taught ceramic artist/sculptor from Serbia. Her work with clay began in the mid 2000s with focus on hand build vessels and their sculptural rather than utilitarian quality. Gradually she started to create ceramic sculpture using coil building and lately, in order to explore horizontal possibilities of ceramic sculpture, using new technique of slab cutting and making form from a flat horizontal slab of clay by cutting and bending its cut elements.
