the brain of the +BU-
BU is used to indicate an entity, object, or something that has just been mentioned when you speak, and it enters its BU forms, this and the plural becomes these.
BU is a fingerprint.…
A fingerprint is the waves that intersect as they travel through the waves in the universe, which form in the weak-minded brain.
Intersecting waves materialize as thoughts. Substances now turn into action, or you remain in inertia. BU is an effect that activates your core. Activates your beliefs that belong to you and that don't.
BU points to the missing aspect of our lives. BU is a reminder. Every time we remember, there is a feeling of completing the missing aspect within us.
Black stains and colored stains intersect with each other in the space, wanting to express something. It is the intersection of the positive and negative inner self, and each effect creates a reaction. It is on its way to becoming one while searching for the opposite. When combined, it understands that it is not perfect.
The actions and inactions created by the weak-minded brain prove that nothing is perfect. There's no perfect. There are thoughts waiting to be perfect. Some thoughts get closer to perfection, draw a different path at the nearest point where it approaches, and walk away again. Some of them can't even get close.
The black stains that represent these actions in the void are the waves of thought that we struggle with when we are out of focus, and they all leave a mark. Colors act to create integrity by accepting them without destroying them. Each of them exists at the moment. Each stain is unique to that moment. It's at the moment. For a while, they act together as if they will never exist again. They move until they intersect in their own plane and turn into various forms.
When the weak-minded brain is now in control, each BU converges on the same plane, becoming pure, and being plural BU.

Based in: Istanbul
Elif began painting at 7 years old. Her passion for painting directed her to study interior architecture. After graduating from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, she worked in various architectural offices in İstanbul. She continued to paint consistently. She works with multidisciplinary designers and in the creative processes of various brands. Elif describes herself as an observer and a holistic designer. She currently continues her work with the odd+id+co brand, which she founded in 2015.
For about three years, she realized that she had trouble focusing on the life path she had just drawn and was lost. Her paintings helped her discover her inner-self.
She decided to share these abstract works, all of which were unique and only things, which came out of the emotions she felt in the moment. Because for someone, these things that break away from the moment can be a reflection of another moment for someone else.
