"Orange roses", acrylic and wax pastels on canvas, 76X89 cm.
"Orange roses" is a semi-abstract painting where greens vibrate in contrast to oranges. The subject of this modern work is a contemporary interpretation of the plant universe. The natural elements are evoked in a free way: flowers, rose, perhaps (certainly) the vegetable profusion of a garden. Technically, this brightly colored piece is made with acrylic and water-soluble wax pastels in a gestural and spontaneous style. The highlights of wax pastels provide graphics that animate certain areas of the work, and allow a colorful vibration, a game between the underside and the top of the painting. The work is protected with a glossy acrylic varnish. The edges are painted. This artwork will be delivered ready to hang, with an invoice and a signed certificate of authenticity. Shipment carefully packaged and shipping followed.
