Artist statement
Taking advantage of Coca-Cola cans, abandoned on the streets of Lisbon, dirty crumpled and useless, the greatest symbol of American popular culture that are now nothing more than garbage, I give them a new life, a new splendor, and I restore them to the status of symbol but this time not as a representative of a decadent culture, the culture of consumption, to assign them a new and different destiny, still incognito but full of hope for a more ecological and humane future.
