The inverted world map demonstrates that Covid has reversed the social order in society, where gathering and carrying out social interactions that were once considered good, must now be minimized and even avoided. The combination of texts from various languages such as Latin, Javanese, Chinese, Arabic and Indian characters are a symbol of unity, depicting that the whole world is experiencing this crisis. However, the upturned and torn 'pagebluk' (meaning plague in Javanese) is a symbol of optimism that we can go through these difficult times together.
