During our 2002 trip to Torres del Paine, I was using mainly color reversal film, but had taken also Black & White film. My camera allowed me to interchange the film through a Back system, so I did not need to finish one roll color to start using Black & White.

We were driving back to our hotel from a long day hiking over the glacier ice, on a curve I saw the cloud formation and the majestic Paine horns (“Cuernos” as they are called). Took some color images and replaced it with Black & White Delta film.

The following day we were exiting the park towards the Argentinian Perito Moreno glacier. We decided to take a longer rout that exited the park passing close to the Paine waterfall.

After scanning I was not happy how these images came out, it was only this week that I decided to reprocess the scanned images using newer software that extract the image I have visualized when taking the photograph.
