Yellow Energy is a vibrant, yet calming minimal painting. The surface is built up with thousands of lines, flecks and marks to create a vibrating tapestry of oranges, rusts and yellows. The canvas is textured which as a sensual tactility to the work, and gives a sense of material substance. This work is inspired by the energy one feels within and also the knowledge that all matter is comprised of moving, oscillating particles. It is a celebration of natures infinite movement and change. The work is signed on the back and is ready for hanging.
