Artist statement
This painting is inspired by the aerial roots of orchids. The chaos of orchid roots is a strong sign of survival. The roots provide a variety of functions, such as giving support to the plant, water and nutrients uptake, and even photosynthesis.
Luminosity serves as a reminder for one to remain relevant, and strive for success
