Artist Statement
Iabadiou’s work portrays the memories in daily life in an abstract and poetic atmosphere. It’s intuitive as the artist capture memories, feelings and imagination as visual diary and becoming an allegory and metaphor of life. Aside from the charcoal and acrylic as people are familiar to, he also tries to add asphalt, volcanic ash and other rare elements to enrich his visual language.
