Artist Statement
It is by painting that emotions arise, in contact with textures, brush movements, transparencies. Painting then becomes a living and inspiring material that expresses itself in an intimate relationship with the artist. Inès' works are often inspired by nature. She expresses it intuitively, generously without ever really formalizing it, leaving her mind open to all possible forms of expression and interpretation.
