About the art
Artist statement
The Magnificent Mile, Lakeshore Drive and "THE Gold Coast" of Chicago all symbols of style and grace!
This highly sophisticated abstract offering of Japanese handmade Washi paper painted with acrylics appears weightless and flows gracefully over the edges of the Gallery canvas.
The Gossamer thin Washi paper is painted in the colors that I used when I was declared "the quintennial Chicago Artist" and my painting appeared in a Major Motion picture of the city.
The entire canvas is coated with clear acrylics to protect from harmful UVs.
All of my artwork is available in heirloom quality handmade rugs.
