Artist Statement
Though blue is the dominant colour in this painting, there is an interesting conversation unfolding with all the colours and shapes in this piece.
The blue form catches your attention but it politely lets other areas say what they need to say without shouting or talking over them. Another interesting thing about this piece is that although the artist painted in portrait mode, it works equally well hung horizontally in a landscape orientation and offers a completely new perspective to the conversation.
Currently unframed although framing in a simple black floater frame available on request.
