Artist Statement
The approach in typography is the space between each character. For this new series that I call Approaches, it's a different way of approaching poetry, of rubbing shoulders with it. After having followed side roads this marks my return to the practice of typography, I add texts, poems. It is nevertheless part of the logical continuation of the wall sculptures and is presented as an extension of the previous works. I now use the letters in freedom of combinations to create a new writing made of cutouts, juxtapositions, reliefs and colors. A singular abstraction for the happiness of the words that it frees, frames and protects at the same time
