60x60 cm | Filler, oak frame
This work is part of a series of paintings with imprints from a regular paper cup. The kind you get from fast food places, and the kind that often is used by people begging in the streets. The series is about the disparity of economic resources, and how globalisation is forcing us to deal with this brutal injustice on a daily basis. It utilizes the dynamics of unsynchronized systems, forced to function in relation to each other.
