Artist statement
Last Autumn I picked up all the foliage I could find here in the mountains that would be inspiration for the Winter season in my studio. They were placed in glass cylinders with a blue painting as background…that gave me the idea to capture that blue light in my 2022 paintings, hope you enjoy!
