About the art
Artist statement
The artwork was created on 28 January 2022, 27 days before the Russian invasion. I felt frustrated and painted this art.
The big blue bird is frozen in horror and scream. This artwork was quite experimental for me, I used bright and strong orange and deep black with red. For feathers, I left watercolors with water to create unpredictable effects.
When I wrote the first description for this artwork I thought about fake news. Now I know that the news wasn't fake. Unfortunately.
