Artist statement
Oculus 2336b is an abstraction of part of the Oculus Structure at Ground Zero in NYC, which was also casting shadows on the interior, seen through the windows from the inside, while the glass was also reflecting the interior of the structure at the same time.There are several versions of the main image (Oculus 233), each limited tp 3 prints for each version. In this version (233g6b), I have reduced the contrast and color saturation to produce a flat but transparent version of the image
