Artist Statement
No place like home Triptych by Lana Alsamir-Diamond is part of a series that explores the undoing of the forms in my work, the forms and compositions that are a result of a continuous interest in themes of closeness, a minimal abstract.This series was born as a part of a whole, a small segment of a larger story. My Black and white works are extremely minimal yet have a strong presence, I could live surrounded by these Monchrome works forever and never tire of their presence. They look better together, hung side by side.
Beautiful Arches are present here, they are my Architectural element of choice and a recurring motif.
Each panel is 56 cm x 76 cm, to be framed individually.
