Artist Statement

IconCaretDown

From the Nest in Bloom series, this work is titled "Inhabited Space", in this group of works I realize the awareness of the preparation of the living space for the arrival of a loved one, as in the works Laelia's Nest I and II, my search it is to find visible elements in nature, with simple codes that I reformulate, intertwine and abstract, a fusion between abstraction and reality to recreate the shape of the nest. The Nest as a symbol of the effort to prepare the physical space, as intimate as possible with the natural and colorful elements that nature offers us.--
