While going to one of my exhibitions in a Parisian hotel, I was captured by two Asian tourists who discovered the city. Inspired by this scene seen in the Opera district, I superimposed cherry blossoms. It is a way for me to dialogue human modernity and ancestral vegetation, to play between figuration and abstraction, graphics and flat colors.
