Artist Statement
“Midday Dream” is a floral abstract painting in acrylic on canvas. It was created intuitively by splashing different colors on a medium purple and deep brown background.
This painting is from a collection of floral abstract landscape paintings where drip and spatter techniques are used to suggest wildflower-covered fields and sea corals.
For the creation of this piece, professional-grade acrylics with high-quality color pigments and excellent fade resistance were used. The painting is signed on the front, and signed, titled and dated on the back. It measures 24 x 36 x 1.75 inches and the edges of the canvas are painted white. It will arrive wired and ready to hang on your wall. A signed certificate of authenticity is included with the artwork.
