Artist statement
Inspired by the Blue Lagoon in Iceland I wrote this poem:
A body of water in cool teal blue
Seawater Spa, calm healing for you
Mineral rich black lava is found
Centuries old this magical ground
Subterranean warmth, luxurious pleasure
An opulent spa, an organic treasure
Feeling relaxed in this placid lake
This beautiful journey, a trip you must take
