The philosophy of Vertige is based on two fundamental principles. First of all, it is a spiritual reflection on the place of the human being in the universe. Secondly, the choice of abstraction as well as the style adopted allows the spectators to facilitate the feeling of introspection in order to reach a higher state of consciousness.

Each work is thus defined here as a universal sanctuary where the observer is invited by the contemplation to put down his luggage, the time of one moment, in order to be able to isolate himself from the world and to return in oneself to let express what there is of more deep and spiritual in him.

As if bewitched for a short moment by the triumphant storm of these innumerable multicolored lines laid before his eyes. I hope that upon discovering this invitation to travel he will let himself be lulled into these abysses of colors.

Vertigo is a kind of initiatory journey to access an inner world. Because it is indeed to what there is of more whole and spiritual in us that this work addresses. Beyond the beauty, it acts as a safeguard against the weight of each of our wounds. It is the allegory of a celestial portal dedicated to contemplation and meditation.

Universal symbol of life, the color is a primordial stake in this step. It allows me to provoke an emotion in the viewer. Combined with a second, then with an infinity, the chromatic flat tints seem to answer each other creating a dialogue with the soul of those who look at it. Vertigo is above all a spiritual painting. It is a positive message in this universe troubled by chaos.

Once completed, the painting is transformed into a mystical space that seems to be free of all gravity. To transcribe a suprasensible perception in a material world, to make the impalpable tangible, this is the leitmotiv of Vertige.

Artist Profile

Born: 1995

Hometown: Paris

Based in: Paris

Becoming an Artist was my childhood dream. Art is sacred to me. It is a visceral need and my whole life is dedicated to it. The freedom to be able to express my perception of the world and to transcribe it through my works in order to share it pushed me to assert myself as an artist a little more every day.

I first have a plastic approach in which experimentation has a very important place. I am currently developing several series of works that fit into an eclectic universe. However, abstraction plays a major role in my approach because it allows me to transcribe my most intimate impulses and constitutes a powerful testimony, imbued with a fundamentally human and spiritual charge which in my opinion goes far beyond figuration.
