Artist Statement
This painting belongs to my series of portraits. I used a double mirror to make this self-portrait on canvas. Here, I wear my dad's hoodie with a little image of the sun. My head is wrapped up in white towel and my look is puzzled and confused. I started this piece in the middle of February 2022.
