Artist Statement
Labyrinth series is a combination of geometric abstraction with the traditions of mosaic art.
Some works were based on observations of the play of light in the crowns of trees and on the grass, of flickering reflections on the water surface.
The work goes with the chromaticity of color, its shades and tonalities, the search for harmony of color groups. In the process of creation, the author observes the visual, emotional and symbolic perception of the resulting composition.
The artwork is framed, the size of unframed artwork is 80x80x2 cm, the size of framed artwork is 85x85x4 cm. Ready to hang.
