About the art
Artist statement
I am an intuitive abstract artist, and the process of abstract painting is always an adventurous journey for me. Sometimes I have a general preliminary idea of what I will create but the majority of the time I don't, and this is actually when I get the best results. In these cases, I choose some colors and start with random brush strokes, and through that initial start, I feel what will be the direction of the painting, what shapes I will create, and what other colors I will add. Throughout the process, I work with brushes, spatula, and sponges to create different shapes. I mainly use acrylic paints, and occasionally I use oil. The shapes are chaotic at first, but, throughout the process and layer by layer, the shapes get connected to one another and the story starts to unveil itself
