Artist Statement
Saskia Fernando Gallery is pleased to announce the upcoming exhibition by Muvindu Binoy, Survival of the Fragile,a contemporary visual contemplation of fragility and vulnerability; representative of our newly found familiarity with mortality. Alongside this series, created on residency in France with the Cité Internationale des Arts Paris, the artist will exhibit a body of work in response to the political unrest in the country.
