Artist Statement
This is a painting from a series of hyperrealistic art works "Just Simple Things" about everyday things around us, which we often do not pay attention to, but which have firmly entered our lives. In the background is a painting with a semi-abstract landscape. In the foreground, on a wooden tablet, there is a table lamp, a red glass, a sheet of paper and a felt-tip pen. It seems like you just wrote and were distracted for a second.
. Enjoy simple things. This painting has been created in my personal original hyperrealistic technique. The painting is signed on the front and back and ready to be hung on the wall without a baguette. This painting is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

I look at the world from the perspective of how it will be depicted on canvas. I would like to preserve a slice of our time for future generations, - how the present society lived, what it admired, what was the everyday life. To continue myself in time is probably the main reason that inspires me to be an artist.
Creating a picture in hyperrealism is a meditative state of mind where there are no thoughts or emotions. The body is making movement, but consciousness is not there. I am at the same time the one who paints, and what is in the process of creation, and a material from which the painting will be created.
