Artist Statement

This textural artwork immerses the viewer in the ocean environment through small figures of people. Shadows create an additional portion of presence and immersion in abstract space. This painting is intended to evoke optimistic feelings or memories.

TITLE: "On a Dashing Wave", 2021

DIMENSIONS: 14x15x5 cm

MATERIALS: plaster, acrylic, wooden base, matte varnish finish, metal hanger. As for the plaster itself, it has resistance to temperature extremes, durability, and indifference to vapors and moisture. It also has a high level of frost resistance. Frost resistance indicators reach 75 cycles. Thanks to this characteristic, it becomes possible to use the artwork in the bathroom, lobby. But since this is still a work of art, I would not recommend very extreme operating conditions and would advise installing it indoors with a temperature of +5 to +30 degrees Celsius with a normal level of humidity.

SHIPS: For shipping, this work is carefully protected, packed in several layers of bubble wrap and placed in a wooden crate.

UNFRAMED.

READY TO HANG.
