About the art
Artist statement
"Picking up the pieces" is a perfect example of Hunter's expressive and intriguing black and white (with a touch of color) images. It is painted with acrylic on a 24 x 24 x 1.5 inch gallery-wrapped canvas, edge painted, ready to hang. Like other paintings in his "Archaeological" Series, Picking up the Pieces features the texture derived from multiple layers of storytelling. This compelling image is its concluding chapter.
Ships in a heavy-duty cardboard box accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
